Delegate information

About the day

The venue will open to delegates at 7.30am with breakfast service. The day itself will be opened by our host Gyles Brandreth at 8.45am. Cloakroom facilities will not be available.

The Business Day is designed to allow delegates to build their own day and activities giving you a unique experience. The main floor of the Royal Hall is dedicated to our Main Sponsors; stands will be interactive and have showpiece exhibits. Our “Seaside” theme will be exciting and invigorating. Our Associate Sponsors will be occupying the Royal Hall balcony continuing the seaside theme with plenty of interactive games for you to test your skills! Do make sure you pay a visit to our “Pier” located here.

Transport & Parking

We recommend delegates use the free Park and Ride and shuttle bus service at South Cliff Holiday Park (YO15 3QN). On arrival to the Park and Ride you will be given a hanger to place on your rear view mirror, this gives you free parking for the day. A shuttle service will continue to operate throughout the day between the venue and Park and Ride.

Tickets & Entry

Please remember to bring your delegate badge with you. We have eased the seating arrangements for our keynote speaker sessions in the Theatre. Delegates have been allocated either a STALLS badge for downstairs seating, or a CIRCLE badge for upstairs seating. Given the event is sold out, on the day, in each of those allocated areas our ushers will direct delegates to fill from the front of the auditorium on a first come first served basis, ensuring no empty seats are left.

Food & Drink

Breakfast, Lunch, and the Champagne Finale will be held in the Royal Hall. All food and refreshments are complimentary and produced by the in-house Bridlington Spa catering team and this year with added seaside specials!

Whilst a variety of dietary requirements will be catered for as standard, please advise if you have any specific needs on 01262 401400 option 2 or email becca.coulson@eastriding.gov.uk
