About the day
The venue will open to delegates at 7.30am with breakfast service. The day itself will be opened by our host Gyles Brandreth at 8.45am. Cloakroom facilities will not be available.
The Business Day is designed to allow delegates to build their own day and activities giving you a unique experience. The main floor of the Royal Hall is dedicated to our Main Sponsors; stands will be interactive and have showpiece exhibits. Our Associate Sponsors will be occupying the Royal Hall balcony.
Transport & Parking
We recommend delegates use the free Park and Ride and shuttle bus service at South Cliff Holiday Park (YO15 3QN). On arrival to the Park and Ride you will be given a hanger to place on your rear view mirror, this gives you free parking for the day. A shuttle service will continue to operate throughout the day between the venue and Park and Ride.

On the day, in each of those allocated areas our ushers will direct delegates to fill from the front of the auditorium on a first come first served basis, ensuring no empty seats are left.
Breakout Sessions
Breakout sessions will be hosted by Main Sponsors throughout the day covering different subjects in our breakout rooms. You can choose which ones to attend on the day.
