About the day
Taking place on Friday 5 June 2026, the venue will open to delegates at 7.30am with breakfast service. The day itself will be opened by our host Gyles Brandreth at 8.45am and conclude with a champagne reception scheduled from 4.15pm. Cloakroom facilities will not be available.
The Business Day is designed to allow delegates to build their own day and activities giving you a unique experience. The main floor of the Royal Hall is dedicated to our Main Sponsors; stands will be interactive and have showpiece exhibits. Our “British Village Countryside Fair” theme will be exciting and invigorating. Our Associate Sponsors will be occupying the Royal Hall balcony continuing the theme with plenty of interactive games for you to test your skills! Do make sure you pay a visit.
The Tea Room
Back by popular demand! The Tea Room will be returning in the Café area where delegates can take ‘all day’ afternoon tea as many times as you wish! As well as complimentary tea, coffee and cakes, enjoy stunning views of Bridlington South Bay taking advantage of the area as a quiet space to continue conversations, do business and provide you with a meeting point. Available to use from 9am – 3pm.
Transport & Parking
We recommend delegates use the free Park and Ride and shuttle bus service at South Cliff Holiday Park (YO15 3QN). On arrival to the Park and Ride you will be given a hanger to place on your rear view mirror, this gives you free parking for the day. A shuttle service will continue to operate throughout the day between the venue and Park and Ride.
